I think my English girlfriend has a secret crush on her French girlfriend?s husband. Every time she talks about him she gets all goofy, and if I dare criticize anything he does or says after a dinner party, she instantly defends him.

I recently gained a lot of weight, about 15 kilos. My boyfriend has given me an ultimatum: Either I lose it by the end of the summer, or he is going to break up with me. He says that he?s not attracted to my new ?fat? body. We?ve been together for four years and I really love him.

Dear Madame,

I've been sleeping with this man whom I'm really starting to fall for. Right after we make love he starts saying things like he needs a girlfriend. I'm left wondering if he is talking about me, or someone else? I'm starting to think this is a "friends with benefits" relationship. I tried to explain this to him in French but he acts like he doesn't understand. Even though he didn't understand the term, I'm pretty sure he has to understand what I'm getting at. There's something wrong here though, I'm sure.
