Patrick Swayze Dies

1patrick_swayzeThe American actor Patrick Swayze, who was suffering from pancreatic cancer, died Monday at the age of 57. Famous for his role in Dirty Dancing , Ghost and Point Break, Swayze was a house-hold name for many people around the world.

 

"Patrick Swayze passed away peacefully today with family at his side after facing the challenges of his illness for the last 20 months," Swayze's publicist said in a statement Monday.
