JOHHNY HALLYDAYFrance is on pins and needles because Johnny Hallyday, who is often referred to as the “French Elvis,” is in Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles. The 66-year-old was admitted Monday, because of an infection that developed after an operation on a herniated disc in Paris at Clinique Monceau on November 26.

Ireland's head coach Giovanni Trapattoni refused to call Thierry Henry a cheater even though the French captain admitted to the other team's players that he had touched the ball with his hand in the build-up to the goal that secured them a place at the World Cup. Everyone is talking...but not everyone is afraid of using the word "cheat."
