 Arts organization Create:Fixate will host its sixth annual all photography show, SnapFlash, on Saturday, September 26, 2009 from 7:00 p.m. - 2:00 a.m. Over forty top local artists, DJs, and musicians will fill the Premiere Events Center (PEC) in downtown LA with vibrant artwork and music. The array of images presented at SnapFlash will adhere to the premise that life can reside in a single moment in time - and in that mile-second a whole story can be told.

 When I got up this morning, I saw this story on CNN about a company handing out free money in NYC. I thought Wow, we really are in a depression. The other thing I thought was this: Dang, if I were in NYC right now, I'd consider swinging by to collect that free Starbucks money.

 Last night, suddenly, I had the urge to order Chinese food. Perhaps it was the Olympics; I can't really say. As I'm ordering, I felt a little like Sandra Bullock in 2 Weeks Notice. It made me chuckle. The guy on the phone taking my order and everything...anyway...
