About the Author Pablo Castañeda is a 30-year-old Latino who was born and raised in the beautiful country of Guatemala. Attending a bilingual school afforded him the opportunity to travel to the United States where he learned the value of interacting with different cultures.
During college, he had the unique privilege of working with a humanitarian relief organization aboard a hospital ship. For nearly four years, he periodically joined with other volunteers from all over the world to help people in the Caribbean and Central America find a better way of life. There he witnessed the selfless acts of countless individuals and the gratitude, with which they were received. His experience opened his eyes to expressions of love he had never before imagined.
After graduating with a degree in Business Administration, Pablo became involved in the family coffee business. He's proud to represent Guatemalan coffees - simply the best. Coffee is an important aspect of his culture and has always been part of the most special moments of his life. He has also had the opportunity to work with organizations that strive to develop a new Guatemala, through economical and community development. He's proud of his country and family, who have equipped him with the tools and values to succeed in life and to help others do the same.
This is his first book and undoubtedly not his last. He considers it a great privilege to share his heart, his passion, and his love, with the world. If there's one thing he has learned, it is that life is fleeting, and that it is important to enjoy and make the most of every second. It would bring him no greater joy than to know that this book somehow brought you hope or left you with a better perspective on life.
