I finally made it over to Canal Saint Martin after all these years, and I must say....it's quite lovely. I got off the metro at Republic, swung a right, and found it without any trouble.

After over nine years of living in Paris I finally made it over to “Chinatown”, thanks to my honey. Being the super chef that he is, he was just itchin’ to get over there and check out the goods…and check them out we did.

What’s hot? Café Madélios! This is a great place to have lunch when you’re shopping around the Opera area, or la Madeline. The ambiance is nice and the menu is pretty good.

If you are out and about near Les Champs Elysées don’t hesitate to check out this neat little store and the restaurant, which is located on the second floor. The food and service are good…oh yeah, i almost forgot, the beer is nice too--lots of choices for you beer lovers out there!
