Summer Sales, it's on! We tried to avoid standing in lines, but hard not to. There are some great deals to be had so get out there and shop. The secret is to go the first week, before the end of the first weekend. Afterwards? Say goodbye to your size.

One thing I hate? Some of the stores are just putting out junk...old junk. Old junk that you never even saw in the store before the sales. That stinks and that stinks big time! We'll refrain from telling you which stores consistently do this. But we will tell you that some stores really rock, say for example, H&M, Naf Naf, Mango, Monoprix, Kookai, Gap.

You'll also have a greater shot at getting good buys at smaller boutiques. Children stores are excellent too. In any case, there's something out there for everyone, that's for sure. Enjoy! It's all we have until the winter sales next year. Sigh.
