| What's Hot? Café Monceau! |

Now that Summer is quickly approching, you'll want to find yourself a good place where you can sit outside and do some serious people-watching. I can't think of many places I'd rather do this than Café Monceau.
Café Monceau is located just outside the Villiers Metro Exit in the 17th district of Paris. Open seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 1 a.m., this bar/restaurant has everything you need for a hot summer day or night. It's good for an after work drink and definitely good for a weekend brunch. If it's a really nice day get there a little bit earlier (about 12 noon) in order to get a good table (or a table at all) outside.
Equipped with plenty of tables outside in a good location without many tourists, if any; a cozy inside with a very modern look; an upstairs dining room for groups; clean bathrooms (yes highly important) and good food and drinks. The hot plates are delicious (try the Poulet Roti Fermier, roasted farm chicken), and the salads are a real treat (try the Salade Royale).
And while you're in the neighborhood check out the street that runs behind, Rue Levis for a lively neighborhood market and plenty of shopping opportunites.
