 Priscilla Lalisse, Editor & Founder
Originally from Alabama, Priscilla Lalisse moved to Paris in 1999 after having worked in New York City as a magazine editor for JOOP and C++. After writing her first novel STOCKDALE and contributing regularly to such online publications as Paris Woman Journal, Bonjour Paris and Café de la Soul, where her very personal articles often chronicle the French experience through American eyes, she decided to launch her own magazine, Prissy Mag.
Francis H. Powell, Writer 
Francis was born in 1961, in Reading, England and educated at various schools before going on to Art Schools, to do a degree in painting and an MA in printmaking. He has had exhibitions in Paris and done concerts in the Paris area, as well as a festival in Seville, May 2006. Francis is also a Songwriter for French musicians, using English text. A poet as well, he has had works published in poetry magazines, as well as work published on the internet. As a writer, he has had four short stories published in Rat Mort, a magazine with dark and surreal stories. 2006 has also seen him publish various articles on the internet, and a new job, sending a monthly Arts report on Paris arts culture. He also had articles published about photography and the Parisian Catacombs, as well as Paris nightlife, and short stories and poetry published on another American site Multi-dimensions. One of these stories had 27,000 views (for a story called “purged”) according to the site .
Pablo Castañeda, Writer
Pablo Castañeda, author of Latin Lovers Do We Really Exist, was born and raised in Guatemala. He is only the second person from Guatemala to publish a book in English. Attending a bilingual school afforded him the opportunity to travel to the United States where he learned the value of interacting with different cultures. After graduating with a degree in Business Administration and Informatics Systems, Pablo became involved in the family coffee business and works as a business consultant for several North American companies. He has also had the opportunity to work with organizations that strive to develop a new Guatemala, through economical and community development.

Susie Hollands, Writer
Born in Scotland but a Francophile since an early age and frequent visitor to Paris over the years, like most people she dreamt of one day living there. Deciding to take a break from work she arrived in Paris in 2003 to work on various art projects and set up a Salon for visiting foreign artists. She originally planned to stay for two months. Upon her arrival, Susie realised there was a gap in the market for home search companies tailored to meet the needs of young, international professionals ready to buy property, so she launched Bonapart Consulting and it was back to work again. Susie still makes time for her art through her Paris collective for foreign artists and blog, I V Y paris and is pleased to bring Prissy Mag readers the What's on in Paris section.
Mitzi Marrelli, Writer
 Adventurous spirit at heart, Mitzi is oginally from the rock and roll music capital, Austin, Texas, but she has long ago pulled up her Texas roots. With a Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas at Austin, and later a Master's in Architecture in 1991; her wanderlust wouldn't let her rest at home indefinitely. She has pushed her way around the globe from an eleven year sejour in Paris to currently teaching in Asia. A hopeless Francophile, while living in Paris she taught English, wrote and lectured (in France as well as in England and New York) on her favorite subject, the history of architecture. Now she can be found strolling in a picturesque little fishing village on the coast of the East Sea, where she is writing and teaching English to South Korean middle school children.

Jessica Mordo, Writer
Jessica Mordo, a New York City native, spent nine years in San Francisco before moving to the third arrondisement in 2007. After receiving a BA in English from the University of Pennsylvania, she worked as a writer and editor for a major travel company and then as a high-school English teacher. Now teaching English to Parisian businesspeople by day, she spends her free time messing around with a camera and blogging about life in France from a wry, American perspective.
